Product description
The structure built next to the machine
We manufacture the station body using components machined on our CNC equipment, while the moving part operates on a linear guide, allowing the tool holder to be deposited and retrieved in a single motion. The tooling is secured by clamping levers that grip the holder at a designated structural point, avoiding any pressure on the working surfaces of the taper. We selected contact elements that do not leave marks on the holder. The product was developed in response to a problem we encountered in our own production operations: placing tooling in random locations wasted operator time and posed a risk of damage to the holders. We tested the solution on our own machinery before refining it into a production-ready version.
